Luxurious hotel with the most helpful staff we've ever met in any hotel. Ongarbay Dana at reception checked us in and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself is exceptionally beautiful, from the moment you walk into the lobby and all throughout, no corners are cut! Our room was massive and had everything we needed. The pool and spa is amazing - make time for this! Breakfast is varied. We requested a quiet room and ours was perfect.

Pool, gym and sauna were very good, breakfast options are limited but met our expectation. close to mountains and weather was quite good. highlight of this stay was waking distance till terenkur lake with walking area, was quite pleasant.
